Something has shifted in how businesses get built. The next generation of big brands aren't starting in shops or offices — they're starting on Instagram. A DM here, a story there, and suddenly someone has a real business on their hands. Thousands of orders, loyal customers, a product people love.

But social media wasn't built for business. Behind every thriving Instagram shop is a founder going back and forth in DMs just to close a single sale, manually collecting payments, booking deliveries one by one, keeping records in notebooks and spreadsheets — all while trying to build a brand, show up consistently, and actually market their business. They have no real visibility into how their business is performing or who their best customers are. The chaos is real — and it's the price most social sellers pay just to keep up.

Catlog exists to change that. We're building the operating system for social commerce in Africa — the tools that help businesses born on Instagram grow into real, structured, scalable operations. We work with merchants across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, and we believe the future's biggest African brands are out there right now, selling from their phones. We want to power them.

We move fast, care deeply about the details, and build things that genuinely matter to the people using them.


About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, empathetic, and self-driven person to join Catlog as our Customer Success & Content Specialist. You'll be a key part of the support team — helping our merchants get the most out of the product — while also building the content resources that help customers succeed on their own.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll wear a few hats: support, documentation, and light content creation.
